Scope of Services
These terms apply to installation and setup services, digital guides and software subscriptions, and physical smart home devices offered by DomoQuip in the smart home technology domain.
1. Smart Home Installation Services
DomoQuip provides professional installation and configuration of smart home systems, including sensors, hubs, cameras, lighting controls, and automation routines. Scheduling and onsite work are arranged after payment of applicable fees.
Cancellation and Schedule Changes
You may reschedule your installation appointment by providing at least 48 hours of notice via Contact Form. If a change is requested with less than 48 hours notice, an additional service charge may apply.
Refund Conditions
Once onsite work begins, fees are non-refundable due to resource commitment and labor allocation. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a full refund of service fees will be issued within 7 business days via the original method of payment.
2. Digital Guides and Software Subscriptions
This includes electronic manuals, setup tutorials, and subscription-based software for device management.
Access Policy
Digital content is delivered via email or account link immediately after purchase. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the guides and software for personal or business purposes.
Refund Conditions
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and before any download or access to the digital content.
- Once content has been accessed or downloaded, eligibility for a refund is void.
- If a request is approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days via the original method of payment.
3. Physical Smart Home Devices
Hardware items such as sensors, controllers, cameras, and smart switches sold by DomoQuip.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.
Refund and Exchange Policy
- If a product is defective or damaged, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a request, contact us via Contact Form with order details and photos. We will provide instructions to ship the item back for inspection.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days via the original method of payment.
- Exchanged items will be shipped at no additional charge.
Limitations and Disclaimers
DomoQuip reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all third-party devices.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canadian federal statutes.
